- In the Matter of Certain Agricultural Machines and Components Thereof, U.S. International Trade Commission. Represented complainant Deere & Company in complex investigation involving "gray market" and other imported goods infringing Deere's famous yellow and green trade dress and "JOHN DEERE" trademark, resulting in the issuance of an exclusion order and cease and desist orders.
- In the Matter of Certain Integrated Circuits, Processes for Making Same, and Products Containing Same, U.S. International Trade Commission. Represented respondent in Section 337 investigation involving allegations of patent infringement in semiconductor chip manufacturing and certain features of semiconductor chips, resulting in settlement on favorable terms after trial before ALJ and initial determination for respondent.
- In the Matter of Certain Memory Devices with Increased Capacitance, U.S. International Trade Commission. Successfully represented respondent in Section 337 investigation involving allegations of patent infringement in semiconductor memory devices.
